Alexander Hartdegen is still very young, but already a promising scientist who teaches mechanics at one of the universities of Colombia. He happened to live and work at the end of the 19th century, and therefore his works, as well as opinions and statements, caused completely different opinions – very many of his inner circle regarded all his actions as signs of revolutionism. One day, Alexander's life changed radically, and it happened because of the death of his beloved Emma, who died as a result of a robber attack.<br />

Alexander devoted the next part of his life to developing a time machine with which he plans to return to the past in order to prevent the death of his fiancee. But everything is not as simple as it seems at first glance. Alexander managed to avoid being attacked by a robber, but Emma still died, only this time under the wheels of a huge carriage. Similar situations happened again, and Alexander realized that fate could not be deceived. Then he decided to act differently – he goes to the future, where he hopes to meet a new love, which will allow him to forget about what happened with Emma. When he manages to do this, he realized that he had entered a completely amazing world. Only it has a significant drawback – people here are scared that underground monsters are crawling out of the ground and trying to intimidate all of humanity. How will Alexander's adventures end?<br />
